Your content stays yours. The platform still needs rules.

You retain the rights you hold in content you create and submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, post, transmit or share that content.

To provide KGE services, you grant KGE the limited license described in the Terms of Service to host, store, process, reproduce for technical delivery, display and distribute content according to the audience and features you choose. This license is for operating, securing and improving the service—not for claiming authorship of your work.

Content posted to public profiles or public groups can be seen and copied by others. Direct messages and private groups are not public surfaces, but KGE may process them as necessary to deliver the feature, protect safety, enforce policy or comply with law.

If you provide content to an AI companion, KGE may process that content to generate responses and, where persistence is enabled, to create or retrieve approved memory and relationship context. AI content handling is also subject to the AI Transparency and Privacy policies.

KGE may use automated systems and human review to detect spam, fraud, exploitation, threats, policy violations or other harmful content. KGE may remove, restrict or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users or meet legal obligations.

Deleting content removes it from active KGE surfaces where reasonably practicable, but copies may remain temporarily in backups or in records needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or audit purposes. Content already received or independently saved by other users may remain in their possession.

Users can report content through available product tools or KGE Support. Where appeals are available, users may request review of a moderation decision; reversal is not guaranteed.
