After verification, KGE deletes or irreversibly de-identifies the central consumer account and associated personal data that KGE is not legally or operationally required to retain.
Account deletion
Delete your KGE account and eligible associated data.
This is the external account-deletion resource used by KGE apps and Google Play disclosures. It is different from temporarily closing or disabling an account.
Only justified records remain
Transaction, tax, fraud, safety, abuse-prevention, dispute, legal-hold or security records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary or required by law. Retained data is not kept merely to preserve a usable consumer profile.
Temporary closure
If you only want a temporary break, contact Support and ask about account closure or disabling. A deletion request is intended to be permanent once completed.
Permanent deletion request. Submission creates a pending verified request. KGE may contact you using an existing verified account channel before deletion is completed. Never enter your password or 6-digit Support PIN here.
Store requirement support: This page is the public deletion URL for KGE consumer apps. Apps that create KGE accounts must also provide a readily discoverable in-app path that initiates account deletion or links directly to this deletion flow as permitted by the applicable store.
