This Privacy Policy applies to KGE websites, apps, games and services that link to it, unless a product provides a more specific notice. Product-specific notices supplement this policy and control where they are more specific.
Effective:
1. Scope and who we are
Kurtz Global Entertainment Inc. (“KGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops entertainment, social, AI companion, game, virtual-economy and utility products. This policy describes our general data practices for KGE consumer services. It does not apply to employee/workforce systems or third-party services that publish their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use KGE services, and information from permitted third parties. Depending on the product, this can include:
- Account information: name, username, email or phone contact information, age/date-of-birth information, login credentials, account state, and a securely hashed 6-digit Support PIN used for support verification.
- Profile and social information: profile fields, friends/connections, posts, messages, groups, reactions, photos, media and other user content.
- AI and companion information: prompts, conversation content, user-approved memories, relationship context, preferences and other state used to provide persistent companion features.
- Transaction information: purchases, entitlements, Moxbits wallet activity, refunds, reversals and related records. Payment-card details may be processed by app stores or payment providers rather than stored directly by KGE.
- Device, log and security information: IP address, timestamps, browser/app version, device and session information, authentication events, crash/diagnostic information, fraud and abuse signals.
- Location: approximate or precise location only when a product feature requests it and you permit it. Precise location is treated as sensitive and should be used only for the feature that requires it.
- Support and safety information: support tickets, reports, verification status and information needed to investigate safety, fraud or policy issues.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize services; authenticate accounts; maintain character or relationship continuity where enabled; process purchases and entitlements; provide support; improve reliability and accessibility; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; enforce policies; comply with law; and communicate service-related information. Marketing communications are optional where required and can be managed separately from essential service communications.
4. AI companion data
AI companion features may use conversation content and structured memory or state to maintain continuity. KGE’s goal is not to retain everything indefinitely. Persistent features should use data that is relevant to the experience and subject to product controls, retention rules and lawful deletion requests. AI output may be generated by KGE systems or service providers acting on KGE’s behalf.
6. Privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access or know about personal information; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; receive a copy of certain data; opt out of certain sale/sharing or targeted-advertising activity; limit certain uses of sensitive information; or appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights. Where legally required, KGE will recognize valid browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for covered processing.
7. Children and teens
KGE products use age-aware design. Some products are adults-only. KGE evaluates age early in onboarding so a potentially under-13 user is not asked to complete the ordinary account-data flow before the required guardian process. When guardian approval is required, KGE may collect the parent or guardian email, consent decision, relationship, consent method, policy/disclosure version, timestamps and audit information. One-time guardian tokens are stored only as hashes and expire. Where COPPA applies, KGE uses parental notice and verifiable consent processes appropriate to the way the service uses or discloses children's information. General guardian approval does not constitute a separate opt-in to targeted advertising or other covered third-party disclosures.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an active account or product, and as needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, audit and dispute-resolution obligations. Different categories may have different retention periods. See the Data Retention Policy for additional detail.
9. Security
KGE uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security program can guarantee that incidents will never occur. Users should protect credentials, enable available security features and never submit passwords or the 6-digit Support PIN in public forms or ordinary messages.
10. International use
KGE is U.S.-focused. If KGE makes a product available outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where KGE or its service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as products, laws or practices change. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the service and applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the current public version.
12. Contact and requests
Use the KGE Contact page for privacy questions and the Account Deletion page for account-deletion requests. KGE may need to verify identity before fulfilling a privacy request and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.
Important: Product-specific disclosures, app-store rules and rights that cannot legally be waived may supplement or override general language in this policy.
