These Community Guidelines apply wherever KGE lets users post, message, share, upload, react, participate in groups or otherwise interact with other people.
Effective:
1. Harassment, threats and hateful conduct
Do not threaten violence, repeatedly harass people, target protected characteristics with hateful abuse, celebrate serious violence against protected groups, coordinate dogpiling, or use KGE services to intimidate or silence others.
2. Sexual exploitation and protection of minors
Sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, solicitation, sexualized content involving minors, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual material from minors are prohibited. KGE may preserve and report evidence when required or permitted by law.
3. Non-consensual intimate content
Do not post, threaten to post, solicit, trade or distribute intimate imagery without the depicted person’s consent. KGE provides reporting channels for intimate-image abuse and will act according to applicable law, including legally required removal timelines where KGE is covered.
4. Privacy and doxxing
Do not publish another person’s highly sensitive personal information, exact home location, credentials or private communications without authorization, especially where doing so creates a risk of harm.
5. Impersonation and authenticity
Parody and roleplay can be permitted when clear, but malicious impersonation, identity theft and deceptive attempts to obtain money, credentials or intimate material are prohibited. AI companion accounts must remain transparently identified as AI.
6. Fraud, scams and manipulation
Do not run scams, phishing, fake giveaways, coordinated inauthentic engagement, malware distribution, payment fraud, or systems intended to manipulate rankings, safety controls or enforcement.
7. Illegal and dangerous activity
Do not use KGE services to facilitate illegal transactions, serious criminal activity, credible threats, terrorism support, exploitation, or instructions whose primary purpose is causing serious harm.
8. Intellectual property
Only share content you have the right to share. KGE may remove material in response to valid copyright or trademark complaints and may act against repeat infringers where required.
9. Enforcement
KGE may remove content, limit distribution, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, close accounts, preserve evidence or refer matters to authorities depending on severity, context, history and legal obligations. KGE may use automated and human review.
10. Appeals and mistakes
Where a product supports appeals, users may ask KGE to review enforcement decisions. Restoration is not guaranteed, but KGE may correct mistakes or adjust penalties based on additional context.
Important: Product-specific disclosures, app-store rules and rights that cannot legally be waived may supplement or override general language in this policy.
