The rules for using KGE services.

By using a KGE service, you agree to these Terms and applicable product rules. You must meet the minimum age for the specific product and be legally capable of entering this agreement. Some products or features are adults-only. If KGE's age policy or applicable law requires parent or guardian approval, onboarding remains incomplete until the centralized KGE Guardian Consent service records the required approval. Parent or guardian approval never overrides an adult-only or product-specific minimum age.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the security of credentials and activity under your account, and keeping contact information reasonably current. Participating products may use one central KGE consumer identity. Do not share your password. The 6-digit Support PIN is an additional support-verification factor and must not be included in public forms, ordinary email or social posts.

Subject to these Terms, KGE grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use KGE consumer services for their intended purpose. Except where law prohibits restriction, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, lease, scrape, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities or use KGE services to build competing datasets or services without permission.

KGE AI companions and characters are software-driven fictional experiences, not humans, licensed professionals or conscious persons. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use output and should not rely on a companion for emergency, medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions. Persistent-memory features may store approved context to improve continuity, but KGE does not promise perfect memory, permanent availability or a specific personality response in every interaction.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to rights held by others. You grant KGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display and distribute your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the service, enforce policies, and support features you choose (for example, showing a post to people you selected). This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems except for lawful retention, backups, evidence, safety records or content you shared with others that they independently retain.

You may not use KGE services for illegal activity, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, doxxing, malicious impersonation, malware, unauthorized surveillance, spam, manipulation of platform integrity, evasion of enforcement, infringement of intellectual property or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

Paid features may be sold by KGE or by third-party stores. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation methods are presented at purchase. Purchases through Apple, Google or another store may also be governed by that store’s terms and refund process. Digital items are licensed, not sold as physical property, unless a product expressly states otherwise.

Moxbits (MXB) and similar virtual balances are limited-use digital value for participating KGE experiences. They are not legal tender, deposits, stored-value bank accounts, securities or a promise of cash redemption. Unless KGE expressly launches a different program, Moxbits cannot be cashed out. KGE may correct balances or reverse transactions to address errors, refunds, chargebacks, fraud or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law and the Virtual Currency Policy.

KGE may warn, limit features, remove content, suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or systems, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or protect KGE rights. Serious misconduct may result in loss of access to digital benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law and product terms. Temporary closure does not erase an account. A verified deletion request removes or irreversibly de-identifies eligible account data, while limited records may be retained where lawfully required or reasonably necessary for transactions, fraud, safety, disputes or security.

KGE may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or products. We will provide notice where required by law or where a change materially affects an ongoing paid service. KGE does not guarantee that any specific feature, character, model, virtual item, world state or third-party integration will remain available forever.

KGE services may link to or depend on third-party platforms such as app stores, payment processors, maps, media providers or AI infrastructure. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. KGE is not responsible for third-party services outside KGE’s control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KGE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KGE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. KGE DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE AI OUTPUT, PERFECT DATA ACCURACY OR PERMANENT AVAILABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM KGE SERVICES. WHERE A MONETARY CAP IS PERMITTED, KGE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KGE FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold KGE harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of KGE services, your user content, or your material violation of these Terms. This section does not require indemnification for KGE’s own conduct where such a requirement is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Any mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, forum-selection or governing-law clause should be adopted only after KGE completes jurisdiction-specific legal review and provides any notices or opt-outs required by law.

KGE may update these Terms. If a change materially reduces user rights or materially changes an ongoing paid service, KGE will provide notice appropriate to the product and applicable law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
