Refund rights depend on where and how a purchase was made. This policy describes KGE’s general approach and does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Effective:

1. App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases billed by Apple, Google or another third-party store are generally subject to that store’s billing and refund process. KGE may provide information needed to identify a transaction, but the store may control whether a refund is approved and how it is paid.

2. Direct KGE purchases

For purchases billed directly by KGE, contact KGE Support with the account, product and transaction details. Eligibility can depend on the type of product, whether a digital benefit was consumed or delivered, fraud concerns and applicable law.

3. Moxbits and consumables

Refunding a purchase used to acquire Moxbits or another consumable may require reversing unused balance, related entitlements or downstream transactions. KGE may deny abusive or fraudulent refund requests to the extent permitted by law.

4. Subscriptions

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing platform’s rules; it does not automatically refund past billing periods. Any legally required refund or cooling-off right remains available.

5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. KGE may investigate account access, transaction history and fraud signals before issuing or supporting a reversal.

6. Chargebacks

A chargeback can cause related virtual currency, entitlements or digital items to be reversed. Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated abuse can lead to account restrictions.
Important: Product-specific disclosures, app-store rules and rights that cannot legally be waived may supplement or override general language in this policy.
